Step cooking
Training
- We take part of the rabbit carcass weighing about a kilogram, wash it, fill it with cold water and leave it to be soaked for at least an hour. Then we divide the meat into portions and put them in a deep bowl for pickling.
- We cut one peeled onion in half, divide each half lengthwise and cut across. Send the bow to the rabbit bowl.
- Squeeze 3 cloves of garlic there, add about a teaspoon of salt, ¾ teaspoon of black pepper and mix everything thoroughly, crushing, so that the meat is well saturated with seasonings.
- Pour a glass of red dry or semi-dry wine into a bowl with a rabbit, press down the meat more tightly so that the wine completely covers the pieces.
- We cover the bowl with cling film and send in the refrigerator for an hour and a half to pickle.
Cooking
- When the rabbit has marinated, we proceed to cooking: we take the meat out of the refrigerator and turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode for 15 minutes. Pour 50 ml of oil, let it heat well. We dip several pieces of meat into the hot oil, fry them on each side for about 2.5 minutes so that a light golden crust forms on them, and remove the meat on a plate. Allow the oil to regain temperature and send the following pieces to fry in the same way. Repeat until all meat is fried. If necessary, add the operating time of the frying mode.
- When all the meat is fried, turn off the "Frying" mode and put all the meat into the multicooker, distributing it with an even layer.
- From the marinade we take out the remaining vegetables in it, the onion and garlic, with a slotted spoon, and send them to the slow cooker for meat.
- We spread 5 tablespoons of sour cream on the meat and fill it with half a glass of warm water (it is important that the water is warm - protect your slow cooker: the protective coating of the bowl may be damaged from the temperature difference).
- Distribute sour cream over the entire surface of the meat, stirring it slightly. We again lay out the pieces evenly, add a little salted. Getting to the quenching. In the menu, select the "Extinguishing" or "Baking" function, set the timer for an hour and press the "Start" button.
In an hour, our dish is completely ready.
