Rabbit meat 1 kg
Sour cream with a fat content of 20% 250 g
Blue onions 1 PC.
Butter 30 g
Mustard 2 tbsp. l
Drinking water 100 ml

Step cooking

  1. Wash the rabbit carcass (1 kg) well, dry it, cut it into portions.
    Cut the rabbit into batch pieces.
  2. Turn on the slow cooker, select the "Frying" mode, set the time to 15 minutes. Put butter (30 g) in the multicooker bowl. Wait for the oil to warm up.
    Turn on the slow cooker, put a piece of butter in the bowl.
  3. Fry the meat in butter until golden brown on all sides. Remove the meat from the slow cooker, put it on a plate.
    Fry the rabbit, and then take out the pieces.
  4. Peel the onion (1 pc.), Cut into thin half rings.
    Cut the onion into rings.
  5. Sauté the onion in the oil left over from roasting the rabbit meat until soft.
    Put the onions in a slow cooker and fry until soft.

  11. Extend Extinguishing for another 40 minutes.
