Step cooking
- Rinse the rabbit carcass thoroughly under running water, cut into portions, put in a bowl.
- Sprinkle rabbit slices with salt, ground pepper and spices to taste, mix. Put the bowl in a cool place for 15-30 minutes. Turn the slow cooker on the function "Frying" (you can use the pan on the stove). After 2 minutes pour into the bowl of the multicooker 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, put rabbit slices into it. Stir the meat periodically with a spatula and fry until golden brown.
- Peel, rinse and chop vegetables - 1 carrot and 1 sweet pepper with straws, 3-4 pcs. onions and 2-3 cloves of garlic in small cubes.
- After frying the meat, add chopped carrots, onions, peppers and garlic to the multicooker bowl, as well as 2-3 pcs. bay leaf. Stir, fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into 2-4 parts, put in a slow cooker to the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour 350 ml of water into the bowl, close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 40 minutes.
- In 5 minutes before cooking, add salt and black pepper to the bowl to taste, mix gently with a spatula.
Serving the rabbit is best immediately after cooking, adding to the dish with fresh vegetables or salad.
