- Cut the rabbit meat into portioned pieces, rinse well and dry with a towel. Place the pieces of meat in a deep bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, seasoning to your liking, mayonnaise in a bowl. It’s best to use homemade mayonnaise, but store mayonnaise is also suitable.
- We clear the onion from the husk and cut it into thin half rings. Also add to the bowl to the rest of the ingredients.
- All mix well. This is most conveniently done with your hands to evenly distribute the marinade over all pieces of meat. After that, cover the meat in a bowl with cling film and leave it to soak in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- At this time, we begin to prepare a side dish. We wash and peel the potatoes, cut each potato into cubes into 4 parts and put in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle potatoes with paprika, add salt to taste and vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands.

- Put the potatoes in a baking sheet wherever there is a place: between pieces of meat and along the edges.
- We take the foil, tear off a piece with a margin and tightly wrap a baking sheet with it. We send to the middle level in the oven to bake for 1 hour.
- After an hour, we take out a baking sheet with meat and potatoes from the oven, remove the foil and send our dish to bake until golden brown for another half hour. Check the readiness of the meat with a fork and knife. If when piercing a piece of meat there is a clear juice, then it is ready for use. True, if the meat is overdried, then there will be no juice. We take the finished dish out of the oven, cover with foil and leave for 15-20 minutes. After that, lay the rabbit meat with potatoes on plates and serve.
