Step cooking
To cook a dish from a rabbit, you need to use a slow cooker, and the French dish is called sive.
- We cut rabbit meat into portioned pieces and set aside.
- Turn on the slow cooker and set the frying mode. Pour 30 ml of olive oil into the multicooker bowl, heat it, send the meat there for frying.
- Cut 200 grams of bacon into plates, add to the slow cooker to the meat. We take salt and slightly salt the products that are in the slow cooker. We clean the garlic, wash it under running water, cut it finely with a knife, and send it there. Add 2 pinches of Provence herbs and 2-3 bay leaves to the multicooker bowl, as well as 1-2 pinches of ground pepper. Do not forget to mix the ingredients with a multicooker during frying.

- When the rabbit is fried, sprinkle on top with a small amount of flour, about 40 grams. Immediately after the flour, add 150 grams of prunes, after washing it under the tap. Mix, continue to fry the ingredients.

And the minerals of magnesium, iron, phosphorus make prunes an excellent food for our women. - Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into medium cubes. After 1-2 minutes, add it to the slow cooker, mix and pour 750 ml of wonderful red wine almost immediately. It is worth noting that the choice of wine is very important - the tastier the wine, the better the sieve.
- After the wine has been added, cover the multicooker with a lid, change the cooking time. Set the time to 35 minutes and turn on the device.
- After 35 minutes, turn off the multicooker and taste the dish. We have a very fragrant, delicate, culinary product.
