Step cooking
- Put the pan on medium heat and heat well. In a dry, well-heated pan, put frozen shrimp (1 kg).
- Cover the pan and let it sit on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Peel the garlic (4-5 cloves) and pass through a press.
- When the shrimp has thawed completely in the pan, open the lid to allow the water to evaporate. When there is less water, add butter (20-30 grams) to the pan. Pepper the prawns with red chili pepper (to taste).
- Add ground paprika (3-4 teaspoons). It will give shrimp a beautiful color and improve the taste. Lightly salt the shrimp (1-2 pinches). Do not put too much salt, as we will still pour soy sauce.
- Pour the shrimp a little with chili sauce (optional). Add soy sauce (2-3 teaspoons) to the pan. Cut the lemon (1 piece) in half and squeeze the juice from 1/2 of the lemon into the pan. Add unagi sauce, but if not, you can add sugar (1/2 teaspoon).
- After adding all of the listed ingredients, mix the contents of the pan. After stirring, sprinkle the shrimp with the garlic passed through the press and cover the pan with a lid.
- Cook the prawns for another 1 minute under the lid. Then open the lid and stir the shrimp. Turn off the heat, the shrimp is ready.
Decoration methods and serving options
Line a large plate with lettuce or your favorite greens, and lay the finished shrimp on them directly with the sauce. Cut the remaining half of the lemon into slices and decorate the dish. Beautifully decorated shrimp in soy sauce, fried with garlic, immediately serve to the table with a glass of live beer.
