Step cooking
- Shrimp in the amount of 1 kg of mine, then pour into a deep bowl. Pour seafood 400 ml of bottled water at room temperature. Pour 50 ml of Korean vodka soju there. Wash the lemon thoroughly, then cut it in half. Squeeze the juice from one half of the citrus, and then filter it through a fine sieve. The second part of the lemon is cut into thin circles. Juice of half citrus add to shrimp.
- With clean hands, stir everything thoroughly, and then leave the shrimps to marinate.
- In a stewpan or pan with a thick bottom, spread the halves of peeled apples and onions.
- There we send 5 Chinese dates, 5 peas of black pepper. We measure out about 10 g of ginger and 20 g of garlic, after which we grind the ingredients on a fine grater, add to the stewpan.
- We fill all the ingredients with 80 g of granulated sugar, and pour 150 ml of bottled water and 300 ml of soy sauce.
- Cover the container with a lid and cook the sauce for half an hour.
- Filter the finished sauce through a fine sieve or a homemade gauze filter, after which we allow it to cool to room temperature.
- The cooled sauce is mixed with 50 ml of white wine or Mirim.
- Peel the pickled shrimp and dip them into the prepared sauce.
- We spread the sliced lemon slices there.
- Tightly close the container with seafood and sauce, and then put it in the refrigerator for one day.
- After 24 hours, we catch the shrimp from the sauce and lay them on a plate. The sauce is re-filtered through a sieve and poured into a saucepan, and then served on the table with seafood.
