- Defrost the shrimp. If you bought unpeeled, then you need to remove the excess. Tear off the head, gently holding it with your fingers. Assemble the legs in one bundle and pull. Remove the tail. They should move away with ease. Remove the carapace. Start from the head and slide your fingers across the entire shell, separating the plates one after another. On the back of the shrimp, make a small incision and remove the intestinal vein. Shrimp peeled.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of shrimp spices, 1 teaspoon of flour, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add spices to the peeled shrimp. Mix well.
- Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the shrimp. Shuffle. If desired, if you want the shrimp to have a brighter taste, leave them to marinate for 1 hour.
- In a hot pan, add 30 grams of butter and 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.

- Place the shrimp in a pan to the garlic oil. Shrimps are fried very quickly - 2-3 minutes. Fry them on both sides. They should turn pink and opaque.
- Pour 150 milliliters of cream into the pan. Cover.
- Wait until the cream begins to boil and fry them for another 2 minutes. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
