Step cooking
- At the very beginning, we clean 7-12 tiger shrimps. If you purchased freshly frozen seafood, then you must first thaw them in the refrigerator or at room temperature. Poke kitchen scissors under the shell of the shrimp and cut it to the tail. We remove the shell.
- If the intestine remains, then remove it with a napkin. Similarly, clean each shrimp.
- For cooking, you need a smooth shrimp. To give it the desired shape, you need to break the shrimp ridge. To do this, put the seafood on the board with the curved side up and slightly press down with your fingers in several places. Repeat similarly with each shrimp.
- In a separate bowl, mix 100 g of tempura flour and 125 ml of water. We mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency so that there are no lumps left. Thus we get a shrimp batter. In separate plates we spread the products necessary for frying the shrimp. In one we put 100 g of tempura flour, in the other - batter, in the third - 100 g of breadcrumbs.
- Alternately, each shrimp carefully roll first in tempura flour.
- Then dip it in batter, making sure that it is evenly distributed.
- At the very end, roll the shrimp in breadcrumbs. It is most convenient to fix seafood with chopsticks.
- Put the prepared shrimp on the board.
- Pour 500 ml of odorless vegetable oil into a saucepan or a small saucepan. Turn on the fire and heat the oil. You can check the readiness of the oil by dipping a wooden stick at the bottom of the stewpan. If the bubbles go, then the oil has warmed up well. You can also add a pinch of breadcrumbs to the oil pan. If they first sink to the bottom and then float, then the oil is sufficiently warmed up and you can fry the shrimp on it. In a stewpan with well-warmed butter, we lay out several shrimps in batter alternately. After laying out each shrimp, you need to slightly stir the chopsticks so that the oil gets to the meat itself. Fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
- Ready shrimp first put on a plate with a paper towel to stack excess fat. Then we shift the shrimp breaded into a beautiful dish. Serve them worth with peanut sauce. A similar amount of shrimp will require approximately 100 g of sauce.
