Step cooking
- Clear 600-700 grams of large shrimp from the shell. Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then lay out evenly pre-cleaned shrimp, filling them all the bottom of the form.
- Grind 3-4 cloves of garlic, grate the zest with lemon. In 50 ml of lemon juice add chopped garlic, a quarter teaspoon of chili or ordinary red pepper, 4 tbsp. l olive oil and 1 tsp. lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the contents of the baking dish evenly with the resulting sauce using a tablespoon.
- While they are soaking, turn on the oven to 230 degrees for heating. Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes.
A very simple but tasty seafood dish is ready. It turned out to be gentle, dietary and light. Garlic with different types of pepper gives piquancy and pungency. Enjoy your meal!
Serving and serving methods
As a rule, seafood goes well with rice. However, you can serve with buckwheat, and crushed potatoes, and with bulgur. If you add them to the paste, you will also get a very tasty dish. We recommend using baked seafood according to the proposed recipe for dinner, since the sauce contains garlic, but this is not the rule.
You can decorate with chopped parsley or any other herbs, such as dill or spring onions. Fresh lettuce, cherry tomatoes or avocado slices are a good option. It is advisable to put on the table a bottle of white or red dry wine.
