Step cooking
- Shrimps need to be cleaned of shells, leaving only a small area - the tail. And also, making a small incision along the back, remove the stomach (a thin black strip).
- To prepare a creamy marinade, you need to pour 1/3 tsp into the bowl. black pepper and squeeze 4 cloves of garlic. In a mortar, grate a pinch of salt and 1/3 tsp. coriander. Combine with garlic and pepper.
- Add 50 g of softened butter and 5 tbsp to the mixture. l vegetable oil. And also squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the marinade. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add 50 ml of soy sauce and mix again.
- A third of the shrimp (about 300 g) is sent to the marinade and left for 20 minutes.
- For the second marinade you need to take 3 tbsp. l chili sauce. Mix it with 50 g of hot ketchup.
- Add to the mixture 2 tbsp. l honey and 30 ml of soy sauce + 1 tsp. Sahara. Secret: this way you can replace oyster sauce. If you have one, just add a couple tablespoons of oyster sauce. Mix everything well and send 300 g of shrimp there and also leave for about 20 minutes.
- The third sauce is the easiest to cook. First, pour 5-7 tbsp into the bowl. l vegetable oil. Squeeze the remaining (4 cloves) garlic into it, salt and pepper to taste. It is necessary to mix everything and immerse the remaining shrimp into it. At the same time, they should be mixed well, so that they are completely covered with marinade.
- After 20 minutes, string all the shrimp on a wooden skewer skewers. You can do this as follows. First string them in the area of the tails, but a little further from the edge. And then take the second skewer and pierce them again closer to the top, where the head was. This way they will be firmly fixed during cooking and will be easier to turn over. We spread the shrimp on a heated grill and cook no more than 2 minutes on each side.
