Step cooking
- Large tiger shrimps or langoustines (1 kg) are previously thawed if necessary. They do not need to be cleaned from the shell.
- Peel 3-4 garlic cloves, thoroughly rinse a piece of ginger root about 2 cm long. Grate both ingredients on a fine grater.
- Add chopped ginger, half a teaspoon of dried garlic and salt to taste in a seafood dish, as well as a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, preferably olive. To mix everything. It is recommended to add sea salt.
- While the prawns are soaked in the marinade, you can heat the grill pan or other available equipment. Lubricate the surface with a drop of oil and put seafood on it in one layer, completely smoothing the legs and bodies.
- Fry on each side for 1.5 minutes until golden brown. After the first coup, sprinkle with freshly chopped garlic every little thing.
Did you know? If your product was previously slightly boiled and has a pinkish tint, then you can add fresh garlic immediately to the marinade along with ginger and oil.
