Please note: before starting to whip the cream, all ingredients must be pre-cooled.
- In a deep bowl or bowl, place 150 g of Mascarpone cheese. The taste of the cream will depend on the taste of the cheese. Give preference to proven brands of cheese, and then the result of your work will not disappoint. Use a blender to beat it for two to three minutes. Weigh 100 g of powdered sugar and, whisking the cheese with a mixer, gradually add the prepared powder to it. In the process of whipping, the mass should be more moist and viscous in consistency.
- To the whipped cheese mass, pour in 200 ml cream in small portions. By fat content, the product should be at least 33%, if you take cream of lower fat content, the cream will not break.
- Continue to whip the cream for another 5-7 minutes until stable peaks form. As soon as you see that the cream has thickened enough, the whipping should be stopped. If you break the cream, it may exfoliate. At this stage, you should be very careful.
- Such a cream has a delicate, pleasant texture, while it keeps its shape well enough and clearly conveys the grooves from the confectionery nozzles. It does not spread, has a fresh and original creamy taste. Cream cheese is suitable for a layer of homemade cakes, filling rolls and cakes.
Any muffins or cupcakes will be tastier and more attractive if they are decorated with an air cap from a creamy cheese mass.
It is also worth noting that the cream from Mascarpone can be easily stained with gel food colors, which makes it possible to make the dessert more vivid and memorable. The taste of the cream can be easily supplemented with any flavorings and fillers, whether it is lemon peel, vanilla extract or melted chocolate. It all depends on your taste preferences and imagination.
