Step cooking
Make cream
- We fill the medium-sized pan with water, and then lower a can of condensed milk into it, where we cook it until tender. We send boiled condensed milk to a cool place, allowing it to cool to room temperature.
- Pour 400 ml of cold milk into the stewpan.
- There we add 80 g of granulated sugar and stir everything thoroughly.
- Separately, break 4 chicken eggs, then carefully beat them with a whisk.
- Add 20 g of starch and 1 g of vanillin to the eggs. Beat the components until a homogeneous liquid consistency is obtained.
- A mixture of milk and sugar is sent to a low heat, where we bring it to a boil. In the process of heating the liquid, periodically stir the ingredients so that the sugar does not burn and completely dissolves.
- Pour the egg mixture into a boiling milk mass with a thin stream, while actively and constantly mixing the liquid.
- We cook the cream with continuous stirring with a whisk until the desired thick consistency is obtained. The longer the cream is cooked, the thicker it will turn out. We cover the cooked hot cream with cling film so that there is no free space between the cream and the film. We place the container with the cream in a cool place, where we allow it to cool to room temperature naturally.
- Add 200 g of soft butter to the cooled custard, then beat the mixture with a mixer at high speed.
- In the resulting mixture, in small portions, add the cooled boiled condensed milk, and stir the mass until smooth.
- The resulting cream is sent to the refrigerator for exactly one hour, after covering it with cling film.
Make waffles
- Melt in a microwave 200 g butter until liquid. Set the liquid oil aside so that it cools to room temperature.
- Separately, break 4 chicken eggs, then beat them well using a mixer.
- Without stopping beating, in two or three doses add 200 g of granulated sugar to the eggs.
- There we send 1 g of vanillin and pour the cooled butter. In the process of adding all the ingredients do not stop the mixer for a second.
- Separately, sift through a fine sieve 300 g of flour, then pour it in small portions into a batter.
- Knead the dough thoroughly with a mixer. It should turn out quite thick and homogeneous.
- Pour the dough into a waffle iron and bake the product on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
We assemble the product
- We take out the finished waffle from the waffle iron and immediately turn it into a tube.
- In the same way, bake and roll all the waffles. From the specified number of ingredients, you will get from 24 to 28 tubes.
- We take the finished cream out of the refrigerator and fill it with wafer rolls.
