Ingredients
- egg - 1 pc.
- sugar - 1 stack.
- wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l
- potato starch - 1/2 tbsp. l
- milk 3.2% - 1 glass.
- vanillin - 1 sachet
- butter - 200 g
Step cooking
- In a deep container, mix 1 cup sugar and 1 egg. Beat everything with a mixer until the mass increases 3 times.
- In the resulting cream pour 1 tbsp. l flour, 1 sachet of vanillin and 1/2 tbsp. l potato starch. Beat the ingredients again until smooth.
- There we add 1 cup of milk and again everything is intensively mixed with a silicone spatula.
- Pour the milk mixture into a refractory pan and set it on fire. Constantly stirring, bring the liquid to the consistency of thick sour cream.
- Remove the resulting mass from the fire, cool it and whisk together with 200 g of soft butter.
- Put the resulting cream in the refrigerator for 1 hour, after which we can use it for baking.
A delicious, light and very tender custard in milk is perfect for making eclairs, various cakes, pastries, and can also be used as a component of many fruit desserts.
