- Fat Cream - 200 g
- Cottage cheese - 700 g
- Powdered Sugar - 150 g
Step cooking
- Pour 700 g of cottage cheese into a blender bowl and grind it to a paste-like mass.
- Pour 200 g of cold cream into the bowl of the mixer and pour 150 g of powdered sugar. Whisk it all until splendid and increase in volume for about 4 minutes.
- Add all the crushed cottage cheese to the cream and mix everything well at medium speed of the mixer until smooth.
- Ready cream can be used to process all the cake layers of your cake. In this case, before use, the cream must be refrigerated for 20-30 minutes.
