- Put the fish on top of the greens, add and pepper to taste.
- Add a sprig of fresh rosemary and tightly wrap the foil with an envelope.

Decoration methods and serving options
- Red fish baked in the oven can be served either with a side dish or as an independent dish.
- To improve the dish and give it sophistication, make some kind of sauce, for example, white or tartar. Served with spicy sauces - they can drown out the delicate taste of red fish.
- Serve with lemon or lime slices. If you wish, you can pour lemon juice on the fish during cooking. This will give the dish sourness.
- A great addition is a salad of fresh or baked vegetables. Season such salads with olive oil or French dressing.
- You can also serve red fish in the same foil in which it was prepared. Wrap it around the edges in the form of a boat, so that the juice remains in the foil.
- An ideal complement for such a dinner would be a glass of red semisweet wine.
