Step cooking
- Squeeze a little lemon juice on each piece.
- Sprinkle a pinch of pepper and salt on top. Also, on top, very little needs to be greased with vegetable oil, it is best to take olive.
- Repeat this procedure with the other side of the fish steak.
- Unwind about 30-40 cm of foil, fold it in half and form from it a “box” of the size of one steak. It should be inside the folded foil, with the top open.
- The remaining steaks are packed in “boats” in this way.
- While the oven is warming up, grease the tops of the pieces again with a drop of oil.
- Send to the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Cooking time depends on personal preference for the degree of frying.
