Cheese | 2 slices |
Lettuce | 2 pcs. |
Pickled cucumber | 4 slices |
A tomato | 4 mugs |
Step cooking
- Finely chop 250 g of crab sticks and place in a bowl.
- Break the chicken egg into the same bowl.
- Add 4 tbsp. l grated hard cheese. Pour 3 tbsp. l breadcrumbs. Add 1 tsp. paprika. Add 0.5 tsp. dried garlic.
- Spread to a total weight of 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise.
- Pour 0.5 tsp. lemon juice.
- Pepper to taste. You can add isoli, but here it should be noted that mayonnaise and crab sticks contain salt, so do not over-salt! Mix until smooth.
- We make 2 cutlets from the resulting minced meat.
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, put the patties in it. They do not need to be fried for long so that only a golden crust grabs on both sides.
- We put ready-made cutlets on paper towels to rid them of excess fat.
- 2 burger buns cut in half lengthwise. On a dry preheated pan, spread the buns with the slices down so that they are completely slightly dried.
- We put cutlets on the bottom of the rolls.
- We spread a little ketchup and sweet mustard on the patties. Spoon the sauce over the entire surface of the patty.
- Add 2 slices of pickled cucumber on top.
- On a cucumber put a little ring of onion.
- Cover the onion with a leaf of lettuce. Lay on top a slice of hard cheese.
- Cover with a couple of slices of tomato.
- Close the second part of the roll.
