Ingredients
- Water - 200 ml

- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 500 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step cooking
- Pour milk into a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and dried yeast. Mix and leave for 10 minutes to the side.
- Sift flour several times.
- Beat the egg with a mixer, then add the remaining sugar.
- Heat and melt the butter, but it should not be hot before use.
- We send the yeast into a bowl. Pour water there (warm or at room temperature), send flour, salt and knead.
- In the process of kneading, we send an egg whipped with sugar and butter.
- Knead until smooth for 15 minutes.
- Leave the dough in a warm place to insist. You can use a slow cooker. Add a little oil to the bottom of the multicooker bowl and leave the dough in the multicooker in the Multi-Cook mode to insist for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 35-40 degrees.
- Pour the dough onto a work surface with flour.
- Knead the dough.
- Leave the dough for 10 minutes on the table.
- Then sprinkle flour on the table, divide it into two parts and roll it into a thin layer.
- Cut strips for cutlets.
- We spread the cutlet in the middle and wrap it in the dough.
- Put the patties on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. We send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees until cooked.
- Stir the yolk with milk in a bowl.
- 5 minutes before the buns are ready, cover them with this liquid.
- We get the cutlets in the dough, and you can serve them to the table!
