Ingredients
- Minced pork - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Long loaf - 0.5 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Breadcrumbs - 150 g
- Water - 150-200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
Step cooking
- Fill the loaf with cold water and leave for 10 minutes to warm it.
- Add finely chopped onions and a loaf squeezed from water to the minced meat.
- Mix. If you have a whole piece of meat, scroll all together in a meat grinder. Salt and pepper the minced meat, mix until smooth.
- Add water to the minced meat and knead.
- Grind the loaf dried in the oven in a blender and get breadcrumbs. You can use purchased ones.
- We form cutlets.
- We heat the pan with vegetable oil. We cover the patties in breadcrumbs and send them to fry in a pan.
- Fry the patties on both sides until cooked. In the end, cover with a lid for a couple of minutes. Enjoy your meal!

The cutlets according to this recipe are very juicy inside and very crispy on the outside - the perfect combination! Serve such cutlets with any side dish that you like. It can be mashed potato or boiled potatoes with herbs, for example. You can cook buckwheat, and then serve it with mushrooms and these meatballs. You can use any other porridge and serve it with cutlets.
Try to cook a fresh salad of vegetables for these cutlets - it will be not only tasty, but also healthy. Salad is best seasoned with homemade mayonnaise or olive oil. Serve the cutlets hot as soon as they are cooked. If you wish, you can add cheese to the patties - this is how you get the patties with the filling. You can add garlic and herbs to the minced meat to slightly change the recipe to your tastes and desires.
