Ingredients
- minced meat - 500 g
- rice - 100 g
- onions - 2 pcs.
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- water - 300 ml
- salt - optional
- ground black pepper - optional
- wheat flour - 150 g
- vegetable oil - 40 ml
Step cooking
- First of all, thoroughly wash 100 g of rice with running cold water several times.
- Pour 300 ml of pure water into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil. We send the washed rice to boiling water and add 5 g of salt to it. Set the medium heat and cook the product until cooked, and then drain the water and let it cool slightly.
- Two small onions are peeled, then cut into very small cubes.
- We send the chopped onions in a bowl to the minced meat. Minced meat will need no more than a pound.
- There we break 1 chicken egg and add the cooled boiled rice.
- Salt and pepper the ingredients to taste, and then thoroughly mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- In a separate bowl, pour about 150 g of wheat flour of any quality.
- We pick up some minced meat in our hand, then make a ball out of it.
- Throw the ball in the palms several times to slightly “beat off” it. After that, we form a neat oval, slightly flattened cutlet from the minced meat.
- Bake the product in flour and spread on a flat surface. We do the same with the rest of the stuffing.
- When all the patties are done, pour about 40 ml of vegetable oil into a well-heated pan. As soon as the oil is heated, put the formed patties on it.
- Fry products on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
- Ready cutlets are sent to paper towels to get rid of excess fat. We put a treat in a slide on a beautiful flat dish and serve it on the table.
