Step cooking
- We will use minced meat for cutlets pork and beef, but according to the same recipe you can cook from any other at your discretion. If you want to make the dish as dietary as possible, then use chicken, turkey or rabbit to create it. It will turn out very tasty if you add 30% of minced meat to pork and beef. Such cutlets not only have a lower calorie content, but also turn out to be more juicy.
- Immediately add to the mince all the ingredients: salt, pepper, semolina, egg, water.
- Using a spoon, mix everything thoroughly, we need to get a homogeneous mass.
- Peel a small onion or take half a large one, rinse under running water, rub on a fine grater. If the bow strongly nibbles your eyes, do it by rubbing it near the sink, opening the tap. Or just put water in your mouth so your eyes won't water.
- Peel 2 cloves of garlic, rinse, rub with a fine grater. If desired, onions and garlic can be finely chopped with a knife.
- We send the onion and garlic to the minced meat and mix it well.
- Then we take the mass in our hands and throw it from a small height (10-20 cm) back into the bowl. We do this so that air comes out of the stuffing, protein is released, the mixture becomes more dense. So when cooking cutlets will retain their shape.
- We form oblong or round cutlets from minced meat - this is at your discretion.
- We put them in the basket of the multicooker for steaming. As a rule, you can put from 4 to 6 blanks on the bowl.
- Pour about 700 g of water to the bottom of the multicooker. If you wish, you can immediately prepare a side dish by adding the desired porridge to the water.
- We set on top the bowl of the double boiler with blanks, close the slow cooker, set the mode to "Steam", the time is 20 minutes. If you cook immediately with porridge, then you need to set the "Porridge" mode, time 30 minutes.
- After a while, we get the cutlets and we can serve them with a side dish, a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs.
