Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 0.5 kg
- Quick-cooking oat flakes - 0.5 stack.
- Milk - 0.5 stack.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step cooking
- Quick-cooked oat flakes in the amount of half a glass are mixed in a bowl and pour half a glass of hot milk. Mix, leave to swell.
- Grind the onion and a couple of garlic cloves with a blender.
- Add the egg to the minced chicken weighing 0.5 kg.
- Spread onion with garlic here. Add the oatmeal fully absorbed milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Also add paprika to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan. Stuffing the minced meat in a pan with a spoon, forming cutlets. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
- After all the cutlets are fried, drain the oil from the pan, put all the cutlets there. Add 1 tbsp. l water, cover the pan with a lid and keep on low heat for a couple of minutes.
