Step cooking
- Set the oven to warm up to 180 ° C. Boil 500 g of pumpkin, cool and cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Add 1 cup of oatmeal to the pumpkin.
- Grind the ingredients until smooth with a blender.
- We take 1 potato, boil it, rub on a fine grater and combine with the resulting mashed potatoes.
- Finely chop 1 head of onion and add it to the container with the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly.
- To taste, add mashed potatoes greens, salt, spices and 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
- Stir the minced meat.
- Grease a refractory baking sheet with vegetable oil. We form pumpkin cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and put them on a baking sheet. We send cutlets to the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- The dish is ready!
