Step cooking
- First you need to clean the fish from the insides, cut off the head, all the fins and tail. Separate the loin from the ridge with a knife, carefully remove all the bones and carefully remove the skin. Repeat the same with the second fish. Cut the prepared fillet into medium slices.
- Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater in a plate. Peel 2-3 cloves of garlic and crush with garlic gum. Use a blender or meat grinder to chop the chopped fish until smooth.
- Pour the minced meat into a deep bowl. Add the minced garlic and carrots, 100 g breadcrumbs, 2 chicken eggs, 1 tbsp. l sour cream. Then sprinkle the seasoning for the fish and salt to taste. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
- Then sprinkle flour on the kitchen board, form cutlets from the prepared minced meat and put them on top of the flour. So that the stuffing does not stick to your hands, moisten them with water. Beat 2 eggs in a deep bowl. Pour about 3-4 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and heat well. Dip each cutlet in the egg well and put in a frying pan, frying over low heat for about 8-10 minutes on each side until golden brown. Ready cutlets are very fragrant and mouth-watering.
If desired, breadcrumbs can not be mixed with all the ingredients at once, but dip the patties in them before frying. You can also add a little black pepper to all the spices.
Serve fish cakes with any garnish of your choice - mashed potatoes, stewed vegetables, rice, pasta, buckwheat or any other porridge. You can decorate the dish with finely chopped greens.
