Ingredients
- Common carp fillet - 1 kg
- Bread - 150-200 g
- Breadcrumbs - 100 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) - 3-4 tbsp. l
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
- Milk - 100 ml
Step cooking
- First, cut the bread and put it in a small container. Then fill it with warm milk and let it stand for a while.
- We wash the carp fillet thoroughly under running water and remove excess moisture with paper towels. Next, cut the fish fillet into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
- Peel 1 medium onion from the husk, cut it into several parts. Squeeze the bread and pass it through a meat grinder along with onions.
- Add the minced meat and pepper to taste. If desired, add your favorite spices and seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
- Next, separate the minced meat in small portions and form cutlets from them. Part can be fried immediately, and part optionally freeze.
- We put the pan on the stove and pour vegetable oil for frying in it. Too much to pour is not worth it.
- Roll the billet for cutlets in breadcrumbs and spread on a well-heated pan. Fry on both sides over medium heat.
- Put the fried cutlets on paper towels so that they absorb the excess oil. Carp fillet cutlets will be a great addition to cereals, mashed potatoes or pasta. If desired, they can be served with various sauces. Enjoy your meal.
