Step cooking
- We prepare the ingredients. We clean the liver and remove the films. Grind the liver with onions through a meat grinder. We also pass greens through a meat grinder.
- Add one egg to the finished mass, salt and pepper to taste. Also add a little soda, vegetable oil and mix everything. Constantly stirring, add the flour. Bring the mass to the consistency of sour cream.
- We heat the pan, add oil and let it heat.
- We spread the cutlets with a spoon on both sides for about 5 minutes.
- Done! On hot cutlets you can put butter as desired.
