Ingredients
Chicken liver | 450 g |
Vegetable oil | 50 g |
Sweet paprika | 1 tsp |
Wheat flour | 25 g |
White sesame seeds | 1 tbsp. l |
Salt pepper | taste |
Step cooking
- We will prepare the chicken liver, for this we thoroughly wash it, then we remove all the films and fat. If the liver is very large, cut it in half.
- Place the liver and paprika in the blender bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Paprika has a sweetish tasty with a small bitterness, it will give cutlets an additional note of piquancy. If desired, you can add a small onion to the blender bowl, so the patties will be juicier.
- Grind all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer the resulting liver dough into a deep bowl, add sesame and flour.
- Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk so that there are no lumps left. Sesame blends very well with the liver, gives the dish an unusual pleasant taste. The finished dough should stand for 5 to 10 minutes, the flour will swell a little and the dough will thicken.
- We put on a medium heat a pan with a thick bottom, pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and heat well. For convenience and making the cutlets even and beautiful, we use a round culinary ring. If the ring is not used, cutlets will be in the form of pancakes.
- We put it in a pan and impose 3 tbsp. l dough from the liver.
- When the cutlet is seized from below, remove the ring, fry for 1 minute, turn it on the other side and fry for another 1 minute. Thus, fry all cutlets, adding vegetable oil as necessary.
- In order to rid the meatballs of excess oil after frying, transfer them to a paper towel. Next, put it on a beautiful dish or plate, decorate with any greens and serve. A delicious recipe for chicken liver is ready.
