Step cooking
- Prepare rabbit meat. It’s better to buy meat, not minced meat, the only way you can control the quality of products. - When the onion is almost ready, add butter to it. Mix thoroughly and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Put the onion in a sieve and drain the excess oil.
- When the onion is stacked, grind it in a meat grinder.
- Combine onion and meat. Mix well, add fat cream.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Wetting your hands in water (so that the stuffing does not stick), mix the meat thoroughly.
- Now you need to beat the minced meat well so that the patties have a more delicate structure and do not fall apart during frying. Gather the minced meat in your hands and throw it sharply hitting the bottom of the bowl.
- Minced meat divided into portioned patties and put on the board.
- Take Camembert cheese, cut the crust and cut into large pieces about 2 × 2. Place a piece of cheese on top of each patty. If the cutlets are large, but the cheese remains, then you can put two pieces.
- Squeeze the cheese into the minced meat and grind it so that it is not visible. Carefully align the patties.
- Take and wrap each patty in a thin strip of bacon.
- Heat the pan and add 50-60 ml of olive oil. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
- At this time, prepare a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper. Turn on the oven at 180 ° C. When the cutlets are lightly browned, put them on a baking sheet and put in the oven.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
