Ingredients
- Keta (fillet) - 345 g
- Chicken Egg - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 70 g
- Zucchini - 150 g
- Ground paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Himalayan salt - 1, 5 tsp.
- Psillium - 1-2 tsp.
- Cooked mutton fat - 3 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- If the fish is frozen, then defrost it in vivo.
- Thawed chum salmon is cleared of bones. This can be done with tweezers. The skin is removed with a knife.
- The cleaned fillet is sent to the blender bowl and chopped into minced meat. If you like chopped meatballs, you can finely chop the fish with a knife. Stuffing is placed in a bowl and set aside.
- Wash the zucchini, peel and rub on a fine grater in a separate bowl. Salt, mix and leave for a while aside.
- We wash the carrots, peel and three on a fine grater in a separate plate.
- Peel the onion from the husks and finely chop.
- In a bowl with minced meat we send the chopped onion, break the chicken egg and salt.
- Add paprika and black ground pepper.
- Gently squeeze the grated carrots from the juice and put it into the minced meat.
- Grated zucchini is also squeezed and added to the stuffing. We mix all the ingredients well, and optionally add psyllium.
- From the minced meat with our hands, we form oval or round cutlets.
- Put the pan on the fire, add the mutton fat.
- In well-heated fat we send meatballs to fry.
- We fry the cutlets on one side on the fire a little more than average for about 2 minutes.
- Turn the patties on the other side, reduce the heat and fry with the lid closed for about 5 minutes. In this case, you need to check the degree of frying. Thus, we fry all the patties.
- We take the patties out of the pan onto a paper towel to remove the remaining fat.
- Ready cutlets are served with pasta or any other side dish. Enjoy your meal!

- Often, minced bread is added to the minced meat.
- Some recipes advise adding sour cream, cream or mayonnaise.
- You can add herbs, garlic.
- Some hostesses add semolina to the minced meat.
- You can add starch.
- From spices and spices, you can add all kinds of peppers, saffron, turmeric, sage, tarragon, basil or fennel to the stuffing. But there should not be too many spices for cutlets to retain the taste of fish.
