How to clean squid
- Put 5 squid carcasses in the pan. When buying seafood of this kind, give up white squids, preferring pink ones. Beautiful white mollusks undergo special industrial processing and may contain chemical residues. Pour the clam meat with boiling water (2-2.5 liters) from a boiled kettle.
- Wait 5-10 seconds, stirring. During this time, the skin will curl and peel off the meat. Rinse the carcasses under cold water. Clear from chords and the remains of internals.
How to make stuffing
- Grind 3 tablespoons (with a slide) of oatmeal into a flour blender. The cereal in the recipe is used for a bunch of minced meat. Instead, you can take oatmeal or semolina.
- Cut the clam meat into small pieces to grind it with a blender. Culinary experts advise holding slices of squid before grinding for 20-30 minutes in the freezer. Minced meat from a frozen product is easier to cook. You can place already cleaned carcasses in the freezer and cut them after cooling.
- Transfer pieces of seafood into a bowl, grind until smooth. Put the minced meat in a deep bowl or bowl. Peel 1 onion, cut into small pieces. Peel 5-6 cloves of garlic, divide each into 2-4 pieces.
- Place the vegetables in the blender bowl. Chop. Put the resulting mass into the clam mincemeat. Stir well.
- Salt the minced meat to taste, add 1 pinch of ground black pepper.
- Remove the leaves from 3-4 stems of washed fresh thyme, add to the mixture. Add 1 pinch of dried oregano greens (rub it in your fingers for flavor). If you don't have fresh thyme, add a pinch of dried herbs. You can use other herbs and spices: basil, dill, saffron, mixtures of herbs, other aromatic flavoring additives. Modeling and frying cutlets
