Step cooking
Preliminary preparation of ingredients
- 1 large carrot, peel, wash, grate.

- Mix the cutlet mass thoroughly.
- If the minced meat turned out to be liquidy, add the breadcrumbs and mix well again.
- Close the finished cutlet mass with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Cooking cutlets
- Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator, with wet hands form small round patties (4-5 cm in diameter).
- Roll them in flour.
- Pour 2 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil, warm up.
