Ingredients
- turkey breast - 500 g
- white bread - 3 slices
- milk 3.2% - 150 ml
- onions - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 70 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Step cooking
- Rinse, cut into slices and pass through a meat grinder 500 g of turkey breast.
- Soak in 150 ml of milk 3 slices of white bread.
- Finely chop 1 head of onion.
- Add the prepared bread and onions to the minced meat.
- There we send 70 g of grated cheese, 1 chicken egg, as well as salt and black pepper to taste.
- Mix well. We form cutlets from minced meat and send them to the slow cooker.
- We cook the dish for about 30 minutes.
