- We transfer 400 g of ground beef to a deep bowl, add beaten eggs and milk to it, mix until smooth. Stuffing with whipping will be filled with oxygen, this makes it more juicy and tasty. When buying ready-made minced meat in a store, you must be sure of its quality. However, the best stuffing is one that is made at home. To do this, you need to take the pulp of beef, peel it from the hymen, cut into small cubes, pass through a meat grinder. The meat can be scrolled twice, this cutlets will be more tender.
- We take 3 cloves of garlic, peel, wash under running water, pass through a garlic press, put it in minced meat.
- We take onions (1 pc.), Peel, wash under running water. We take a grater for vegetables, three onions on a fine grater, we should get onion gruel, from which we need to drain excess onion juice, we do not need it.
- Add onion to minced meat, mix thoroughly until smooth. We cover the minced meat with a towel, let it brew for about 20 minutes.
- We form cutlets from the minced meat with our hands, for this we take a little minced meat in the palm of our hands, shifting from one hand to the other, whisking, make the shape of future cutlets. To prevent meat from sticking to your hands, you need to moisten them with cold water. Put the formed patties before frying on a cutting board for 5 minutes. This is necessary so that cutlets do not fall apart during cooking. Turn on the hob to medium heat. We put a frying pan on it, pour in 50 g of sunflower oil, let the oil boil.
- Cutlets are put in red-hot sunflower oil, fry on both sides until golden brown, about 10 minutes on each side. We turn the cutlets with a silicone spatula only when the bottom is browned. Cover the cutlets at the end of frying. So that the patties inside were not raw, they need to be laid out in a hot pan, and when it starts to fry, reduce the heat to medium.
