Ingredients
- beef - 650 g
- onions - 1 pc.
- white bread - 120 g
- drinking water - 130 ml
- milk - 230 ml
- ground black pepper to taste

Step cooking
- Break into pieces 120 g of white bread and fill it with 180 ml of milk.
- Cut into small cubes 650 g of beef. We divide into several parts 1 head of onion. Prepared onions, meat and bread are passed through a meat grinder.
- Salted ready-made meat, pepper to taste, and also add 80 ml of warm water to it.
- All mix vigorously until smooth.
- We form cutlets from ready-made minced meat and put them in a refractory form.
- We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
- Mix 50 ml of milk and 50 ml of water.
- Pour the browned meatballs with the prepared liquid and bake them for another 40 minutes.
Beef patties are very well baked in the oven. They lose excess fat, but at the same time remain quite juicy. This dish will be a great addition to cereals or mashed potatoes. And most importantly, the proposed cooking process does not require you to constantly stand at the stove and turn over the patties.
