Kitchen appliances and utensils
- deep bowl
- a bowl
- knife,
- cutting board,
- shoulder blade
- large pan
- meat grinder,
- pan
- baking paper,
- plate
Ingredients
- Lean Beef - 500 g
- Pork - 500 g
- Breadcrumbs - 100 g
- Ground black pepper to taste
- White toast bread - 15 slices
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
Step cooking
- First, cut the crusts from toast bread. For 1 kg of minced meat, approximately 15 slices will be needed. After that, put the pulp of bread in a large container and fill it with clean water.
- Next, peel 1 large onion and cut into arbitrary pieces.
- Then cut the meat into small pieces. Squeeze the bread. In total, cutlets will need approximately 500 g of pressed bread pulp. We pass through the meat grinder first meat, then onion and finally pressed bread.
- Pour a little water into a small bowl and add a pinch of salt to it. Stir to completely dissolve the salt. Then pour this salted water into minced meat, pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly. Thus, the minced meat will salt out more evenly than if we added ordinary salt. If necessary, add some more water.
- Cover the container with minced meat with parchment paper so that the paper touches the minced meat. In this form, we leave the mince for a while. Then cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. We wet our hands with water and take a piece of minced meat, roll it into one ball and begin to separate small parts, laying them on a baking sheet.
- Pour breadcrumbs onto a cutting board or flat plate. Each minced meat blank is first rolled in breadcrumbs, and then we form a patty out of it. The shape of the cutlet depends on your preference. We lay out the blanks for cutlets on a flat surface.
- We put a deep frying pan on the fire and pour sunflower oil into it. After the pan has warmed up properly, put the cutlet blanks in it and fry over medium heat on both sides until the cutlets are browned.
- Such cutlets go well with any side dish, but it is best to serve them with airy mashed potatoes with garlic sauce. Enjoy your meal.
