Ingredients
- Beef Meat - 300 g
- Zira - 1-2 pinches
- Ginger - 7 cm slice
- Soy sauce - 1-2 tsp.
- Coriander - 2 pinches
- Black Peppercorns - 10 amount
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Step cooking
- For the preparation of meatballs without adding bread, we take 300 grams of beef cut from the external muscle of the thigh. The meat is quite tough, so the first thing we cut is the film and veins on the surface of a piece of meat.
- Cut the beef into small pieces, place in a bowl. We cook meat in an oriental way, give it a taste that will appeal equally to men and women. To do this, sprinkle pieces of beef with two pinches of zira.
- Under the tap, wash a piece of ginger about 7 cm long, rub it on a fine grater, and then squeeze the juice from this ginger mixture directly into a bowl of meat.
- Instead of salt, water the beef with 1-2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
- Add here two pinches of coriander, having previously crushed it with your fingers.
- Now sprinkle the ingredients on top with a pinch of cinnamon and mix the meat thoroughly in a bowl.
- We pass the pickled pieces of beef through a kitchen processor or a meat grinder, we get minced meat.
- We press ten peas of black pepper with a knife blade on a cutting board and add to the minced meat, mix.
- We put a frying pan on the stove, pour 40-50 ml of vegetable oil there, let it warm up.
- Since we are preparing a hamburger patty, its size should correspond to the bun in which the patty will be embedded. The size of the patties may be slightly larger than the buns. We put on cooking gloves, moisten the cutting board with water so that the stuffing does not pester. From the prepared meat we form two cutlets that correspond to the size of the roll.
- Using a wide knife, carefully lay out the patty in a preheated pan. Fry on both sides. It must be remembered that the cutlet should be well-fried on one side, just to a stable crust, so as not to fall apart.
- In the meantime, the patties are fried, put another small frying pan on the stove, heat it and put into it a hamburger bun cut along it so that it dries, even gets some crust. The halves of the rolls should acquire a ruddy color from the cut side. Warm the buns in a dry non-stick pan.
- We spread the bottom of the bun on a plate, grease thickly with any sauce, put 2 slices of cucumber and a few cilantro leaves on top. Then put a spoonful of sauce, do not spread it.
- Glue the cutlet on top of the sauce, again put a small amount of sauce.
- Now put on the “hat” from the top of the bun.
