Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Sift 300 g of wheat flour and 30 g of cocoa powder into a deep bowl.
- We add 120 g of granulated sugar, 1 g of vanillin and 11 g of baking powder there.
- Stir the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous dry mass is obtained.
- We take 200 g of butter from the refrigerator and cut it into small cubes. Add the chopped butter to the dry flour mixture.
- Grind the ingredients with clean hands until you get chocolate flour. We send the cooked dough to the refrigerator and start making the cream.
Cooking cream
- In a bowl of a blender we put 600 g of cottage cheese. There we break two chicken eggs.
- Beat the ingredients until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Transfer the resulting mass into a deep bowl.
- Pour 180 g of granulated sugar there, 10 g of vanilla sugar and 30 g of starch.
- We mix the prepared components until a homogeneous curd is obtained.
Collect the pie
- At the bottom of the mold with a diameter of at least 22 cm, lay out baking paper. The sides of the form are also covered with paper.
- Visually divide the total amount of chocolate chips into three parts. We fill one of the parts into the form and evenly distribute it.
- On top of the crumbs, spread half the curd mass, then level it.
- We form a layer of crumbs, carefully laying it out on the cream.
- We spread the second half of the cottage cheese and fill in the remaining amount of crumbs.
The final stage
- We send the product preheated to 180 ° C and bake it for half an hour. We take the finished treat from the oven. Let the cake cool naturally to room temperature.
- Carefully remove the product from the mold and put it on a large flat dish.
- Cut off a piece and enjoy the amazing taste and wonderful aroma of your creation.
Decoration
To give the finished product a more appetizing and luxurious look, it can be additionally decorated. As a decoration, you can use the following ingredients:
- kiwi and banana cut into thin rings;
- curly jewelry made from a mixture of thick sour cream and icing sugar;
- canned pineapple, cut into small pieces.
