Step cooking
1st method
- Thaw 300 g of shrimp. We clear them of the carapace, we leave only the abdomen for cooking.
- Heat the pan over high heat. Put 30 g of butter in it. While the oil is warming, finely chop 1 clove of garlic.
- We send garlic to the pan. Finely chop 1 bunch of dill with parsley. Sliced greens are also sent to the pan. When the greens begin to boil in oil and the smell goes, sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Add 1/3 tsp. ground black pepper. Pour in 200 g of cream (15 - 20%). Bring the cream to a boil. When the cream is boiled, they thicken very quickly.
- When the cream is thickened, spread the shrimp. Mix them so that the shrimp is completely covered with this sauce. Let it boil for 1 minute.
- The dish is ready. Spread on a plate.
2nd method
- We use the same products, only the cooking is somewhat changed.
- In a deep pan, melt 30 g of butter.
- We put 1 clove of garlic finely chopped or passed through a press.
- Stew it in oil for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Pour 200 ml of cream, mix everything and bring to a boil.
- Spread in a pan 300 g of peeled shrimp.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Stew all 8 - 10 minutes.
- Add chopped parsley and dill at the very end.
- We take out the shrimp on a plate, leave the sauce on fire.
- When the sauce thickens, that is, it decreases by half, put the shrimp back into the pan.
- Boil in the sauce for another 1 - 2 minutes, remove and serve.
