Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 100 g
- Corn flour - 100 g

- Milk - 180 ml
- Sausages - 8 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
Step cooking
- Mix in a container of 100 g of wheat and corn flour.
- Add 1 tbsp. l paprika.
- We also pour 2 tsp. baking powder.
- Add 0.5 tsp. salt.
- Also need sugar - pour 2 tbsp. l We mix everything.
- Break 1 egg into the mixture, mix.
- Pour 180 ml of milk. And mix thoroughly with a whisk to make a homogeneous dough.
- Pour the dough into a tall glass - so that it is convenient to dip sausages into it.
- Cut in half 8 sausages.
- We put sausages on wooden skewers - we get 16 pieces.
- Each billet first roll in flour.
- Then dip in a glass with the dough, wait until the excess drains.
- In well-heated vegetable oil in a saucepan (about 300 ml will be needed), saute each sausage until the dough is ready.
- Serving root dogs is recommended with mustard, ketchup, any hot sauces.
