Ingredients
- A mixture of peppers (peas) - 1 tsp.
- Caraway seeds - 1 tsp.
- Coriander - 1 tsp
- Dry mustard (peas) - 1.5 tsp.
- Red paprika - 1 tsp. (with a slide)
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l
- Pork steak (about 2 - 2.5 cm thick) - 4 pcs.
- Salt to taste
Step cooking
- Add 1 tsp to the spice mortar. a mixture of peppers (peas), 1 tsp. caraway seeds, 1 tsp. coriander and 1.5 tsp dry mustard (peas). Rub it all thoroughly with a pestle.
- We transfer the crushed spices into a small bowl and add to them 1 tsp. (with a slide) of red paprika and 1 tsp. ground garlic. Then pour about 3 tbsp into the same container. l olive oil. Thoroughly mix the spices and oil with each other.
- We cut the pork loin into 4 steaks with a thickness of about 2 - 2.5 cm. We put the sliced pieces of meat in a deep container, and then salt them well and evenly with coarse salt.
- Next, pour the resulting marinade into a container with steaks and carefully distribute it over the meat.
- We put steaks coated with spices on a wire rack over previously prepared hot coals and fry them for 20 minutes, turning them with special tongs every 5 minutes.
- Remove the finished steak from the grill and serve.
Decoration and serving
Pork steak should be served with grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, a light salad of fresh vegetables or any other side dish to your taste. The following sauces are ideal for pork steak:
