Step cooking
- Chicken fillet is cut into small pieces on a cutting board, placed in a small bowl. We use approximately 500-550 grams of chicken.
- We measure out one teaspoon of dried garlic, add to the meat.
- Here we pour two tablespoons of soy sauce. We pick up one teaspoon of honey, put to the rest of the products, mix.
- Salt the ingredients is not worth it: soy sauce contains enough salt to make everything well salted. We leave the bowl with the ingredients of the filling for half an hour in order to marinate.
- I wash one large tomato under cold water, cut into cubes on a cutting board, place in a plate and remove to the side.
- Hard cheese in the amount of 50-70 grams is rubbed on a coarse grater, placed in a separate container, set aside.
- We take out the puff pastry, sprinkling flour on the table, roll out the layer, divide into four or six equal squares, depending on what size puff envelopes you want to get.
- It has been half an hour already since we marinated the chicken fillet, take out the filling, put the tablespoon of the dough in about equal volumes in approximately equal volumes, spread a portion of tomato on top of the meat, then a portion of grated hard cheese.
- We pinch the corners of the squares cross-on-cross, connecting in one knot at the top.
- We take out the baking sheet, put the finished envelopes on its surface, pre-lubricate the baking sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil, about one tablespoon. In a separate small container, break one chicken egg, beat it with a fork. With this mixture, grease the envelopes placed on a baking sheet with a kitchen brush.
- On top of egg grease, sprinkle each product with a small amount of sesame. In total, we need 2-3 tablespoons of such a sprinkle.
- Place the baking sheet with envelopes in a preheated oven at a temperature of 160-180 degrees until the products are baked until golden brown. This is approximately 15-20 minutes, the time depends on the characteristics of a particular oven. When the products get a golden color, we take them out of the oven, put them on a flat dish - they are ready to be served on the dining table.

- Instead of dried garlic, you can also use a fresh product, the taste and quality of the product will not be affected.
