- stove or hob,
- plates / bowls for products,
- stewpan,
- confectionery ring.
Ingredients
- Strawberry Puree - 180 g
- Strawberries - 120 g
- Sugar - 25 g
- Pectin - 8 g
Step cooking
- Wash 120 g of strawberries and remove the green part from them.
- Finely chop each berry into cubes.
- Pour 25 g of sugar into a separate container and sift 8 g of pectin over it. Mix well until smooth.
- Next, bring 180 g of berry puree to a boil. As soon as it reaches a boil, put the stewpan aside and rain pectin with sugar. Be sure to stir everything.
- Having thoroughly mixed everything, return the mashed potatoes to the stove and bring it to a boil again with constant stirring. After seeing the first signs of boiling, boil the composition for another 10 seconds and enter the chopped strawberries. Mix everything and boil for 20-30 seconds.
- Divide the cooked filling in half. Then it will pour into the confectionery rings with a diameter of 16 cm, which must first be installed on a board or stand. Choose a stand so that it fits into your freezer without any problems. Before pouring the compote into the ring, cover it with a layer of cling film so that the liquid does not leak.
- Cool the compote and send it to the freezer for 4-8 hours. After the expiration date, compote can be used to make any cake.
