Ingredients
- apples - 6 pcs.
- grapes - 400 g
- sugar - 500 g
Step cooking
- Take 6 apples, peel them and cut into medium slices.
- We wash 400 g of grapes and lay it out in 2 three-liter jars.
- Put apples on top of the grapes.
- Pour 250 g of sugar into each of the containers.
- Pour cold water into cans.
- We put 2 pots of water on the fire, put a dense rag on the bottom of each and put cans on them.
- Boil the compote for 15 minutes.
- We roll up the cans with lids, cover them with a blanket and leave them overnight.
Compote from grapes and apples turns out to be unusually tasty and fragrant. And black grapes give it a beautiful ruby hue.

- Any apples are suitable for the recipe, but it is best to use medium-sized varieties that have a slightly sour taste.
- The most unpretentious and cheap grape variety is considered to be "Isabella".
- Be sure to place a rag under the cans to protect the glass from overheating.
