Ingredients
- Apples - 4 pcs.
- Chokeberry - 700 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Citric acid - at the tip of a knife.
Step cooking
- Wash and slice 4 green apples. Put them on the bottom of a 3 liter can.
- Next, pour 500-700 g of chokeberry in a jar. It should fill 1/3 of the capacity of the entire can.
- Pour boiling water to the top of the jar, close everything with a lid and let it brew for 20-30 minutes.
- Drain all infused liquid into a deep pan.
- Put the pot on the fire and add 300 g of sugar. Stir everything and bring to a boil.
- After boiling, boil the composition for 3-5 minutes.
- Then, add the citric acid on the tip of the knife to the fruit jar and pour in the hot compote. Roll up the can, turn it upside down and wrap it with a blanket. Leave the jar in this position until it cools completely. Next, remove the storage tank in the cellar.
