- To prepare this simple dessert from childhood, you will need biscuit or zoological cookies. Place half of the cookies on a cutting board or work surface, this will be 100 g of the total weight. Using a rolling pin, grind it to a fine crumb.
- Prepare a deep bowl or bowl. Take the remaining 100 g of cookies and break them into small pieces with your hands.
- Arrange the walnuts on a cutting board and mash them with a rolling pin to small pieces. A total of 50 g of nuts will be required. You can add any nuts you like: hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, peanuts or even sunflower seeds. This will not only improve the taste of the dish, but also make it more useful.
- Place a pan or stewpan of 1-2 l on the hob. Pour 150 g of granulated sugar and 20 g of cocoa powder into it. Mix the ingredients well.
- Weigh 120 g of softened butter. The taste of the cooked dessert depends on the quality of the oil, do not replace it with a cheap spread. It is better to first remove the oil from the refrigerator and warm to room temperature. Mix it with bulk ingredients in a saucepan.
- Pour 50 ml of milk into a measuring cup and pour it into the saucepan. Blend the ingredients and bring to a uniform state over low heat.
- In a deep bowl, place previously prepared cookies (pieces and crumbs), add chopped walnut to it, mix the ingredients with a spoon and pour in the brewed chocolate glaze.
- Using a spatula, mix the ingredients thoroughly. Spread cling film on a work surface. Put the resulting composition on it and form a sausage. Send the resulting workpiece to the refrigerator until completely solidified.
- After 1 hour, the sausage can be removed from the refrigerator, remove the cling film and cut into rings 1.5-2 cm wide. In total, 12-15 pieces of the specified width will be obtained. Dessert is ready to serve.
