The preparation of this delicious coffee with chocolate is a very simple process that gives an excellent result.
- Boil water (220 ml).
- Insert the filter bag into the funnel. Place the funnel in a container under the brewed coffee. Use a coffee grinder to grind coffee beans (40 g). Make coffee of medium fineness. Pour ground coffee into the filter bag placed in the funnel. Pour water onto the coffee in a thin stream, moving the stream of water in a spiral.
- The total pouring time should be approximately 30-40 seconds. Better pour boiling water in parts - about a third of the water in 10 seconds, then you should cover the funnel, wait 3-4 minutes and then pour the rest of the boiling water over the coffee (bring the water to a boil).
- From a pot and a metal or ceramic heat-resistant bowl, make a water bath. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Turn down the heat to small. Place a bowl on top. Pour milk (50-60 ml) into a bowl. Put finely broken chocolate (100 g) into the milk, chopped or chopped with a knife (as you prefer).
- Dissolve the chocolate in milk, stirring the mixture with a cooking spatula.
- Keep the chocolate in a water bath until completely dissolved to obtain a homogeneous mass. Boil a mixture of milk and chocolate should not. Pour into a cup of coffee (100 ml), add 100 ml of chocolate mixture.
- Mix the coffee drink well. Serve.
Did you know? When brewing coffee, pay attention to the fineness of grinding. Finely ground coffee is suitable for brewing in cezve, cezve, for oriental cooking. A slightly larger grinding is intended for use in a coffee machine. Medium grinding is suitable for both a coffee machine and a coffee pot.
