Step cooking

- Pour ground spices into a turku. Send 3-4 teaspoons of coffee there. Coffee, of course, is better to take grain and grind at home. But not everyone has the luxury of a coffee grinder with lots of features. Therefore, you should choose medium-ground coffee, and best of all light roasting. This is the kind of coffee that experts recommend for brewing in a Turk.
- Put the Turku with dry ingredients on the fire and warm for just a few seconds. You should feel the revealing aroma of coffee and spices. Remove the Turk from the fire and pour water. If you like cinnamon, you can also add another stick of cinnamon to the drink.
- Put the Turk on fire and mix thoroughly. This is the first and last time that such manipulation is carried out with coffee!
- Carefully monitor the preparation of the drink. As soon as the thick foam rises - a coffee hat, remove the Turk from the fire. Some recommend performing this action 2-3 times. Allow to cool slightly and insist.
- When the temperature drops to 50-60 ° C, add a spoonful of honey (or more, to taste). Honey can not be added to boiling water, as it will lose its positive properties, and even become poisonous.

- Dry coffee must be warmed up in a Turk before adding water. If spices are added, they are also heated.
- Do not give coffee to boil! The coffee hat should rise and begin to turn inward, as it were - this is a signal to remove the Turk from the fire. Then there are two options: either repeat this action several times, or stop there. Both that, and that is correct.
- Accept the fact that coffee is prepared even in your cup - it continues to reveal its aroma and taste for another 10-15 minutes. Do not rush to drink - enjoy!
