Step cooking
Preparing a mocha base
- Chop 50 g of white and 20-30 g of dark dark chocolate in large pieces.
- Boil 180 ml of milk with cinnamon sticks.
- Pour the chopped mixture of chocolates into boiling milk and mix the contents of the bucket until all the chocolate has dissolved.
- Remove the bucket from the burner, cover the contents with a lid or saucer and let it brew for 5 minutes.
Cook in Turk
For brewing coffee in a Turk, the grains must be finely ground. Medium and large grinding coffee beans are more suitable for coffee machines.
- Pour into the Turk 2 tsp. ground coffee, pour 150 ml of filtered water, mix and brew regular coffee over medium (!) heat.
- Lightly warm the contents of the bucket and pour freshly brewed coffee into the milk-chocolate mixture. Stirring the coffee mixture over low heat, mix lightly and pour in 1 tbsp. l granulated sugar without ceasing to stir.
- At the end of the cooking process, pour ½ tsp into the mixture. vanilla extract and immediately turn off the burner, but do not remove the bucket from the stove.
Decorating a coffee drink
- In a separate cup, beat with a mixer 50-70 ml of cream.
- Pour the finished drink into coffee cups.
- Put whipped cream in a pastry bag, set the desired nozzle and garnish mocha as you wish.
